We request that you do not assume that a result is normal if we do not contact you. The surgery will contact you if there is a significant problem with your results, but please contact us for all results as the GP may have made some suggestions or advice based on your results even if there is not a significant problem.
Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- use our Accurx online service
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your Systmonline account
- by phoning us on 01206 855 222 and we will tell you what the results are

Please view the days and times for our phlebotomy (blood taking) clinics:
- Monday, 8:15am to 1:15pm
- Tuesday, 8:15am to 11:40am
- Wednesday, 8:15am to 11:40am
- Thursday, 8:15am to 1:15pm
- Friday, 8:15am to 1:15pm
